✅ When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You can request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your product is missing parts/accessories.

  • Your order was canceled before shipment.

  • You returned an item within the eligible return period (7 days).

❌ When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product was used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • The item is from a non-returnable category (personal care items, undergarments, perishables, clearance items).

  • You changed your mind after use without any valid product issue.

⏱️ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned product.

  • In case of delays, our team will keep you updated on the status.

💵 Refund Method

  • If you paid via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit Card, or Bank Transfer – your refund will be credited back to the same account.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders – refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

🚚 Shipping & Handling Costs

  • If the error is on our side (defective, damaged, or wrong product) – we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
